Chef Albrich will
be Catering at NASCAR®'s Final Race in Homestead
Once again this year, Chef Albrich and his staff will be
catering for the Featherlite VIP Club during the NASCAR
Homestead race. For the last several years Chef Albrich
has enjoyed preparing meals for this group of luxury
coach owners and their guests along with the Featherlite
staff that attends the races.
"We are looking forward to another week of fun and good
food with the Featherlite crowd," says Chef Albrich.
There will be scrumptious breakfasts with Southern
favorite dishes. It has become a tradition to prepare a
Thanksgiving feast with all the trimmings for one of the
dinners, and that will take place again on Thursday
evening. The turkey will be marinated with South Florida
style spices and citrus juices.
The VIP Club members will enjoy all the activities
organized by Featherlite Coaches Inc. On the last
evening, after the race, we will enjoy Mango BBQ basted
whole filets of beef and lots of other goodies and party
for several hours while the track empties out. Since
coach owners sleep right there, they don't have to go
anywhere until Monday morning.
Although it is hard work, Chef Albrich and his staff
thoroughly enjoy working at this event as well as at the
Daytona 500. See you at the race!
